TEXARKANA, Ark. --The Police Department is offering a Civil Service test Saturday, April 13, at the Bi-State Justice Building.
The test begins at 8 a.m. in the Texarkana Arkansas Police Department training room. Applicants must be 21 and a United States citizen with a valid driver's license. Applicants should have no felony convictions, pass the written exam and a physical assessment test.
