TEXARKANA, Texas -- The East Texas Food Bank soon will open a local facility.
ETFB's Texarkana Resource Center is scheduled to open in mid-May at 3109 S. Lake Drive, according to a news release.
Five days a week, the center will allow clients to shop for healthy foods and sign up for other resources they may need.
Services will include utility assistance, child care programs and nutrition education programs.
