The Pleasant Grove Independent School Board will meet at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday to appoint a replacement for the Place 4 trustee seat.
The board interviewed four candidates for the position in executive session Tuesday. They include Ross Sarine, Stephanie Carpenter, Lamoya Burks and Debora Shidemantle. The seat became vacant after Jeff Harris resigned the position in March following nine years of service.
The appointee will also be sworn in during Tuesday's meeting.
In other business, members will consider approving maintenance bids, a food service management proposal and the 2017-18 Instructional Materials Allotment and TEKS Certification.
An executive session is also planned to discuss personnel.
