The Friends of the Texarkana Public Library will hold its annual luncheon starting at 11:30 a.m. Thursday in the Cabe Center of First United Methodist Church in Texarkana, Ark.
The public is welcome and cost is $10. Guest author Robb Shultz, who lives in Texarkana, will talk about his book, "God and the Golfer."
