De QUEEN, Ark. - A De Queen, Arkansas, man was killed Sunday when his ATV struck a tree.
James Ruth, 88, was driving a 2016 Bennche ATV east on Ridgeway Road near Horatio, Arkansas, when he lost control of the vehicle and it struck a tree, according to a preliminary crash report from the Arkansas State Police.
The accident happened at 10:19 a.m. ASP Trooper Josh Broughton investigated the accident, according to the report.
