CLARKSVILLE, Texas—Eddie Joyce Lockhart Bell, 74, of Tyler, Texas, died Thursday, Sept. 14, 2017, in Tyler. Mrs. Bell was born June 7, 1943, in Blakely, Texas. She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church and St. James Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Bell; and one grandson, Kendal. Survivors include one daughter, Tevis Bell of Tyler; one brother, Clifton Lockhart of Clarksville; two granddaughters, Carry Bell of Tyler and Lakeysha Bell of Mount Pleasant, Texas; one great-granddaughter, Jamia Lacy of Tyler; and a number of other relatives.
