LEADONUAL ROSE

NEW BOSTON, Texas—Leadonual Henderson Rose, 92, of New Boston died Thursday, Sept. 14, 2017, at her home. Mrs. Rose was born Nov. 7, 1924, in Benton County, Okla. She was a homemaker and a member of New Jerusalem Baptist Church, New Boston. She was preceded in death by her husband, Murphy Rose Sr.; and two sons, Murphy Rose Jr. and Charles E. Rose. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Junior Burl and Pamela Rose of Chicago; five daughters, Annie P. Ramson of Santa Barbara, Calif., Mary Helen Chappell and Sherri Rose of Chicago and Angie Fields and Martha of New Boston; 34 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church, New Boston, with David Hood officiating. Burial will be in Antioch Prosperity Cemetery under direction of Bates-Rolf Funeral Home.
