De QUEEN, Ark.—Ronald Gene "Ronnie" Mills, 68, of De Queen, died Saturday, Oct. 13, 2018, in Texarkana, Texas. Mr. Mills was born March 6, 1950, in Dallas, Texas. He was retired from Red River Army Depot, owner of Ron's Boat and Trailer Repair and a Vietnam War Navy veteran. Survivors include his wife, Frankie Mills of De Queen; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Ronald Tyler Mills of Jacksonville, Fla., and Justin Lee and Trish Mills of Peoria, Ariz; two stepsons, Casey Jackson of Jonesboro, Ark., and Zach Jackson of De Queen; his mother, Willodeen Mills Carey of De Queen; one special cousin, Greg Marshall of New Boston, Texas; five grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services with Navy rites will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Chandler Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home. Online registration is at chandlerfuneral.com.
