Rudolph D Chumley

BALD KNOB, Ark.—Rudolph D. "Rudy" Chumley, 89, of Texarkana, Ark. died Thursday, Oct. 11, 2018, in Searcy, Ark. He was born Sept. 26, 1929, in Judsonia, Ark. He was retired from Dots Rentals. Survivors include three daughters and one son-in-law, Glenda Amonette of Glenwood, Ark., and Sharon Chumley and Kathy and Nick Barba Jr. of Texarkana; one son and daughter-in-law, Grady and Deborah Ellis of Redwater, Texas; two sisters, Wyvon Taylor and Audie Scroggins of Searcy, Ark.; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services were 2 p.m. on Oct. 15 at Powell Funeral Home. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery. Online registration is at powellfuneralhome.net.
