Betty Jane Bohon

Betty Jane Bohon, 90, of Wake Village, Texas, died Monday, Feb. 18, 2019, in a local nursing home. Mrs. Bohon was born April 21, 1928, in Texarkana, Texas. She was a homemaker, a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and a Catholic. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Pascal Bohon; one daughter, Cara Bohon; and one grandchild, Sarah Fuglaar. Survivors include two daughters, Pam Hicks and Pat Bohon of Wake Village, Texas; one sister, Christine Watson of Texarkana; four grandchildren, Brandee Reeves of Nash, Texas, T.J. Fuglaar of San Diego, Calif., Caleb Fuglaar of Queen City, Texas, and Gabriel Fuglaar of Monroe, La.; six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Cross Cemetery with the Rev. Michael Adams officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Chapelwood Funeral Home.
