COACH JOSH GIBSON COMMENTS: "It was special to watch the kids this season. I have a lot of respect for Gilmer. Depending on realignment, I am sure that we will play them again.

"Davion did what we thought he would do this week. In the past few weeks, he had unbelievable runs. We told him that he would tote the ball as much as anyone. Our linemen did a great job blocking and Jaylen did a good job running too. The cuts that Davion made, his balance, and not getting taken down by a first tackler was a heckuva performance. He is a special kid and a special player.

"Reese (Elrod) is a full-tilt, heart and soul guy. I was thankful to have coached him. We are going to miss all of the seniors."
