Texas Gov. Greg Abbott says state residents should be able to go where they want to go, when they want to go.
But some business owners don't agree.
Under a new state law, no business in Texas can require a customer to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or test a customer for the coronavirus, unless that business operates under separate federal regulation.
Supporters say the law is a move for freedom. But some business owners say they should have the right to determine access to their property and customers can choose to comply or go elsewhere.
It's likely the whole thing will eventually be decided in court.
