TEXARKANA, Ark. -- Ward 1 City Director Terry Roberts will host a"Conversation with Citizens" community meeting at 6:30 p.m., Nov. 9, at the Cornerstone Baptist Church Gymnasium, located at 3900 Union Road.
The meeting will focus on any and all questions and concerns Arkansas-side residents may have.
