Roger Dale Bartley, 64, of Texarkana, Texas, died Saturday, March 31, 2018, at his home. Mr. Bartley was born Aug. 4, 1953, in Owensboro, Ky. Survivors include his wife, Kay Bartley of Texarkana; one stepson and stepdaughter-in-law, Pete and Angela Jones of Albany, Texas; one stepdaughter and stepson-in-law, Lyndsey and Lance Cauble of Granbury, Texas; his mother; two sisters; one brother; and four stepgrandchildren.
