MAGNOLIA, Ark.—Lee Andrew "Buddy" Blair, 68, of Texarkana, Ark., died Wednesday, March 21, 2018, at his home. Mr. Blair was born Aug. 31, 1949, in Garland, Ark. He was a deacon and member of Lonoke Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by one son, Saronta Lee Blair. Survivors include his wife, Oleta Steward Blair of Texarkana; two sons, Kevin Steward of St. Charles, Mo., and Derrick Blair of Texarkana; one daughter, LaTonya Steward of Texarkana; three brothers, Johnny Blair, Rickey Blair and Michael Blair of Texarkana; four sisters, Mary Martin, Betty Carol Moss and Cynthia Daniels of Texarkana and Annie Durr of Little Rock; four grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Lonoke Baptist Church with the Rev. Arthur Hill Sr. officiating. Burial will be in Wynn Cemetery, Garland, Ark., under direction of R.L. Reed Funeral Home. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday at the church.
