LONNIE COULTER

STAMPS, Ark.—Lonnie D. Coulter, 69, of Allen Park, Mich., died Saturday, April 7, 2018, at a Little Rock hospital. Mr. Coulter was born April 19, 1948 in Lockesburg, Ark. He was a Vietnam veteran. Survivors include his wife, Valerie Coulter of Flint, Mich.; four sons, Lonnie Deare Coulter of Kansas City, Mo., Jovan Coulter of Phoenix, Ariz., Jonathan Coulter of Dallas and Tierre Sanders of Flint; two daughters, Lonnita Coulter of Allen Parker, Mich., and Janell Coulter of Kansas City; one stepdaughter, Rose "Pooh" Victory of Grand Rapids, Mich.; his father, D. D. Coulter of Lockesburg; five sisters, Carolyn Austin of Little Rock, Minnie Johnson and Wanda Coulter of Springfield, Mo., Barbara Smith of Lockesburg and Loretta Hill of Daingerfield, Texas; two brothers, Freddie Coulter of Flint and Lindell Coulter of Foreman, Ark.; 13 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Roland Piggee Memorial Baptist Church, Lockesburg, with the Revs. Richard Dixon and D.A. Hill officiating. Burial will be in Graves Chapel Cemetery under direction of Smith Funeral Home. The body may be viewed prior to services Saturday at the church. Online registration is at aosmithfuneralhome.com.
