Kenneth Shelby

Kenneth Shelby, 77, of Texarkana, Texas, died Saturday, April 14, 2018, at his home. Mr. Shelby was born Oct. 15, 1940, in Shreveport, La. He was a Navy veteran. Survivors include his wife, Gerladine Shelby of Texarkana; two daughters and son-in-law, Donna and Charles Dockery and Kristi Shelby of Texarkana; two grandsons, Christopher Lindsey and Tyler Ford; and two granddaughters and one grandson-in-law, Kendal and Ty Thompson and Kaylee Phelps. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Wilton Cemetery. Burial will be under direction of East Funeral Home, Moores Lane. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
