Kathleen Emma Rugg

NEW BOSTON, Texas—Kathleen Emma Rugg, 97, of Hooks, Texas, died Monday, April 16, 2018, at her home. Mrs. Rugg was born Oct. 18, 1920, in London, England. She was a homemaker, a Jehovah's Witness and a member of the Land Army. She was preceded in death by her husband. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Dorothy and Rick Hughes of Hooks, Texas; one brother and sister-in-law, Stephen and Patricia Rugg of Dublin, Ireland; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
