Ginger Fatherree

DE QUEEN, Ark.—Ginger Lanell Walker Fatherree, 61, of Mineral Springs, Ark., died Friday, April 13, 2018, at her home. Mrs. Fatherree was born Jan. 5, 1957 in Murfrees-boro, Ark. She was a CNA, a homemaker and a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by two sons, Larry Dale Fatherree and Scotty Wayne Fatherree. Survivors include her husband, Larry Don Fatherree of Mineral Springs; one son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Christina Fatherree of Lockesburg, Ark.; three daughters and two son-in-laws, Lona and Randy Peters of Lockesburg and Karrie and Billy Ray Carroll and Amy Smith of Mineral Springs; one brother and sister-in-law, the Rev. David and Lou Walker of Glenwood, Ark.; one sister, Shirley Gossage of Dierks, Ark.; 16 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services were April 14 at Bluff Springs Cemetery with the Rev. David Walker officiating. Burial was under direction of Chandler Funeral Home. Online registration is at chandlerfuneral.com.
