Martha Nations

Martha Emma Nations, 76, of Ashdown, Ark., died Wednesday, April 25, 2018, at her home. Mrs. Nations was born Nov. 25, 1941, in Hope, Ark. She was retired from State Farm Insurance and a member of Richmond Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Nations Sr. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Dana and Staley Cash of Greenville, Texas; one son and daughter-in-law, Joe Jr. and Belinda Nations of Texarkana; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Phillip and Linda Gilbert of Hope and James R. Gilbert of Texarkana; five grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Hephzibah Cemetery, Emerson, Ark. Burial will be under direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
