WILLIAM HOLBROOK

NASHVILLE, Ark.—William "Bill" Holbrook, 73, of New Boston, Texas, died Thursday, April 26, 2018, in Texarkana. Mr. Holbrook was born July 30, 1944, in Nashville. He was a retired detective, former owner of Holbrook Packing, Nashville, and a member of National Gun Association, Fraternal Order of the Eagles and Sunset Church of Christ. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Deanne Holbrook of Springdale, Ark.; two brothers, Charles Derrall Holbrook of Philadelphia and Thomas Eugene Holbrook of Louisiana; one grandson, Tracy Lee Holbrook; one great-grandson, Levi Ashton Holbrook; the mother of his child, Patricia Holbrook; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Nashville Funeral Home with Ronald Gilbert officiating.
