FELICIA SMITH

Felicia Doretha Smith, 72, of Wake Village, Texas, died Wednesday, July 25, 2018, in a Webster, Texas hospital. Mrs. Smith was born May 8, 1946, in Bradley, Ark. She was a retired educator and a member of Park Avenue Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Letitia Anderson. Survivors include her husband, Huey S. Smith of Wake Village; one son, Brandon Huey Smith of Texarkana; one daughter and son-in-law, Amecia Smith and Marcus Higgs of League City, Texas; one brother, Thermon Nelson of Dallas, Texas; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a number of other relatives. Services will be noon today at Mount Grove Baptist Church with Kenneth Reid and Darnell Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Blanton Cemetery, Kiblah, Ark.
