IDABEL, Okla.—Richard "Richie" Blewett, 60, of Idabel died Friday, July 27, 2018, in Paris, Texas. Mr. Blewett was born Aug. 16, 1957, in Dallas, Texas. He was employed at the city of Idabel airport and a member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church. Survivors include one son, Jalen Blewett of Idabel; one daughter, Chelsey Michelle Bachman of Broken Bow, Okla.; his parents, Diane Sprague and Chester Blewett of Idabel; two grandchildren, Casen Bachman and Ava Bachman of Broken Bow; and a number of other relatives. Private services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under direction of White Family Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday at the funeral home.
