HOPE, Ark.—Lynn Burke, 83, of Hope died Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2018, in a Texarkana, Texas, hospital. Mrs. Burke was born Aug. 5, 1934, in Hope. She was a homemaker and a member of Anna Maney Sunday School class and First United Methodist Church, Hope. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Burke. Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Mark and Patty Burke and Ken and Shirley Burke of Hope; one sister, Mary Arnold of Hope; four grandchildren, Cody Burke, Jason Burke, Summer Burke and Stacy Sliger; six great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
