Stephanie Smith Haak, 46, of Texarkana, Texas, died Thursday, Aug. 9, 2018, in a local hospice. Mrs. Haak was born Dec. 11, 1971, in Texarkana. She was a Registered Nurse and a member of Seventh-day Adventist Church. Survivors include her husband, Jason Haak of Texarkana; three children, Madeline Haak, Cade Haak and Marley Haak of Texarkana; her mother, Sharon Smith of Texarkana; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Craig Smith and Eric and Sharon Ann Smith of Texarkana; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Trinity Baptist Church with the Rev. Doug Rhodes officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery under direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas.
