QUEEN CITY, Texas—Bettie Sue Tullos, 77, of Queen City died Monday, Aug. 13, 2018, in a Texarkana hospice. Ms. Tullos was born April 7, 1941. Survivors include one half-brother and spouse, Carl Burl Jr. and Joyce Tullos of Fairchild, Texas; and two half-sisters and one spouse, Dorothy Ann Knight of Haughton, La., and Judy Dell and Edgar Toppel of Conroe, Texas.
