HUGHES SPRINGS, Texas—Pat Dowell Wright, 85, of Avinger, Texas, died Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2018. Mr. Wright was born Dec. 4, 1942, in Dickenson, Texas. Survivors include his wife, Louise Wright; one son and daughter-in-law, Kerry and Vanessa Wright; one daughter and son-in-law, Becky Wright and Wayne; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. today at Mims Chapel Cemetery. Burial will be under direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home.
