TROY HICKS

Troy Richard Hicks, 74, of Texarkana, Texas, died Thursday, Aug. 23, 2018, at his home. Mr. Hicks was born Aug. 18, 1944, in Levelland, Texas. He was retired from GTE and an Air Force veteran. He was preceded in death by one son, Brandon Hicks. Survivors include his wife, Elaine Hicks of Texarkana; one son and daughter-in-law, Glenn and Scarlet Hicks of Romney, N.H.; one daughter, Dwayla Hicks of Tyler, Texas; one sister-in-law, Deborah McCoy of Douglassville, Texas; two brothers-in-law, Ronnie Hall of Missouri City, Texas, and Marty Hall of Texarkana; five grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation is under direction of Chapelwood Funeral Home. Relatives will be at the family home, Texarkana. Online registration is at chapelwoodfuneralhome.com.
