JO ANN FOWLER

Jo Ann Fowler, 66, of Texarkana died Saturday, Aug. 25, 2018, in a local nursing home. Mrs. Fowler was born Nov. 18, 1951, in Texarkana, Ark. She was a housekeeper and Hopewell Temple CME Church. Survivors include one brother, Charles Scott of Dallas, Texas; and two sisters, Dorothy Graham of Texarkana, Texas, and Linda Franklin of Nash, Texas. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Hopewell Tenple CME Church with the Rev. Lamarcus Franklin and Kai Horn officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens Cemetery under direction of Richardson Hill Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
