KAROLYN POE

Karolyn Meek Poe, 70, of Texarkana, Texas, died Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2018, in a local hospital. Mrs. Poe was born July 2, 1948, in Bossier City, La. She was manager of Premier Outdoor Equipment and a member of First Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Wayne Poe of Texarkana; two sons and daughters-in-law, Bryan and Leah Poe of Texarkana and Robert and Amy Poe of Baton Rouge, La.; one sister, Kathleen Neal of Jalisco, Mexico; and four grandchildren, Jordan and Justin Poe of Texarkana and Brooke and Jared Poe of Baton Rouge. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Larry Sims and Dr. Terry Land officiating. Private burial will be in Myrtle Springs Cemetery, Hooks, Texas.
