HUGHES SPRINGS, Texas—Joyce Ann Black, 76, of Hughes Springs died Thursday, Aug. 30, 2018. Mrs. Black was born Jan. 2, 1942. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church.
