Nancy Marie Neff, 85, of Texarkana, Ark., died Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2018, in a local hospice. Ms. Neff was born March 25, 1933, in East Chicago, Ind. She was retired from the food service and a teacher and member of Arabella Heights Baptist Church. Survivors include four daughters, Jammie Campbell and Rosetta Stallcup of Texarkana, Jane Mitchell of Ashdown, Ark., and Beverly Miles of Dallas; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Arabella Heights Baptist Church with the Rev. Gerald Wagstaff officiating. Burial will be in Harmony Grove Cemetery under direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas. Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday at the church.
