HOPE, Ark.—Dale George Wylie, 77, of Hope died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2018, at his home. Mr. Wylie was born May 12, 1941, in Cleveland, Ohio. He was retired from Air Life, a cell phone technician with Verizon Inc., and a Vietnam War Army veteran. Survivors include his wife, Ann Cox Wylie; one son and daughter-in-law, Alan and Deanne Wylie of Springfield, Mo.; one daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Clifton of Durham of Gainesville, Texas; one sister and brother-in-law, Ruth Ann and James Hairston; one brother and sister-in-law, Birkett and Barbara Wylie of Hope; six grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home with James Cox officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
