HUGHLA DIEFFENBACHER

Hughla Bowen Dieffenbacher, 82, of Texarkana, Ark., died Saturday, Dec. 8, 2018, at her home. Mrs. Dieffenbacher was born Nov. 1, 1936, in Opal, Ark. She was a retired real estate broker, a bookkeeper, a homemaker and a member of Beech Street First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Dieffenbacher; and one son, Chip Dieffenbacher. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Deborah and Bruce Ferguson of Texarkana; and one grandson, Joshua Ferguson of Texarkana. Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas, with the Revs. Craig Jenkins and Richard Posey officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
