STAMPS, Ark.—Ralph West, 72, of Garland, Ark., died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2018, at his home. Mr. West was born Dec. 2, 1946, in Lindsey, Calif. He was a former Fire Chief, a city council member and a member of Rawls Creek deer camp. Survivors include his wife, Becky West of Garland; two daughters and sons-in-law, Melissa and Shawnn Strickland and Stacey and Sam O'Donnell of Magnolia, Ark.; one brother, Earl West of Texarkana; one sister, Shirley Eddy of Fouke, Ark.; six grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Smith Funeral Home with Bubba Smith and the Rev. Pam Jackson officiating under direction of Smith Funeral Home.
