Billy Stewart

Billy Joe Stewart, 78, of Texarkana, Texas, died Saturday, Dec. 15, 2018, in Texarkana. Mr. Stewart was born Jan. 5, 1940, in Wichita Falls, Texas. He was a heavy equipment operator in construction. Survivors include his wife, Shirley Stewart of Texarkana, Texas; four daughters, Gail Juniel of Phoenix, Ariz., Victoria Smith of Wichita, Kan., Lesha Wortham of Denver, Colo., and Casandra Federick of Texarkana, Ark.; one son, Darrick Jackson of Houston, Texas; and two sisters, Earnestine Freeman of Wichita and Brendell Stewart of Inglewood, Calif. No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under direction of Jones Stuart Mortuary.
