KENNETH ANTHONY

Kenneth Ray Anthony, 87, of Texarkana, Ark., died Friday, Dec. 21, 2018, at his home. The Rev. Anthony was born July 3, 1931, in Maud, Texas. He was a retired school teacher and bus driver and pastor of Heavenly Place Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Julia Anthony; two sons and daughters-in-law, David and Jacque Anthony and Chris and Nancy Anthony of Texarkana; one daughter and son-in-law, Selah and Bobby Perry of Texarkana; one brother, Charles Anthony of Texarkana; and seven grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas, with the Rev. Wallace Edgar officiating. Burial will be in Center Ridge Cemetery.
