KENNETH ANTHONY

Rev. Kenneth Ray Anthony, 87, of Texarkana, AR, died Friday, December 21, 2018, at his home. He was born July 3, 1931, in Maud, TX, to Clifford and Vera Kruse Anthony. He was a retired school teacher and bus driver, and was the pastor of Heavenly Place Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Julia Anthony; two sons and daughters-in-law, David and Jacque Anthony and Chris and Nancy Anthony of Texarkana; one daughter and son-in-law, Selah and Bobby Perry of Texarkana; one brother, Charles Anthony of Texarkana; 7 grandchildren, Jason Anthony, Jessica Anthony, Kimberly LaGra, Colin Perry, Rachel Rider, Peyton Anthony, and Parker Anthony; two sisters-in-law, Doris Anthony and Virmell Dean. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 26, 2018, at Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas Chapel, with the Rev. Wallace Edgar officiating. Burial will follow in Center Ridge Cemetery.
