George Albert Williams III, 64, of Texarkana died Saturday, Dec. 15, 2018, in a Daingerfield, Texas, nursing home. Mr. Williams was born Jan. 17, 1954, in Texarkana, Ark. Survivors include his wife, Doris Ann Williams of Texarkana, Texas; two sons, James Benton and Detrick Williams of Texarkana, Texas; three stepdaughters, Natasha Trent of North Little Rock, Ark., and Angela Scott and Eulonda Sherman of Texarkana, Texas; four brothers, Johnathan Williams, Gerald Williams and Ben Lewis of Texarkana, Texas, and Richard Williams of Hooks, Texas; three sisters, Mary Williams, Shirley Williams and Loretta Jones of Texarkana, Texas. Memorial services will be 11 a.m. today at Haynes Mortuary with the Rev. Rockridge Hannah officiating. Online registration is at haynesmortuary.com.
