HOPE, Ark.—Frances Ann Lovette, 60, of Blevins, Ark., died Sunday, Dec. 23, 2018, in Little Rock, Ark. Ms. Lovette was born May 9, 1958, in North Little Rock, Ark. Survivors include one brother and sister-in-law, James Thomas "Tommy" and Carol Lovette of Crowley, Texas; one sister and brother-in-law, Juanita and David Banister of Blevins, Ark.; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Marlbrook Cemetery, Blevins, with Lee Little Jr. officiating. Burial will be under direction of Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home.
