FRANKIE OWENS

Frankie Ann Owens, 70, of Texarkana, Ark., died Sunday, Dec. 23, 2018, in Texarkana, Texas. Ms. Owens was born Feb. 22, 1948, in Texarkana, Texas. She was a CNA with Christus St. Michael Hospital. Survivors include one daughter, Sherry Owens of Texarkana; four sons, Steven J. Owens and Lee Owens Jr. of Texarkana, Gerald Owens of Daytona, Fla., and Leonard Wesson of Detroit, Mich.; two sisters, Carolyn Coulter and Ruby Fields of Texarkana; and four brothers, Jimmy Wesson of Texarkana, Jeffery Wesson of Houston, Elvin Coulter Jr. of Atlanta, Ga., and Joe Coulter of Phoenix, Ariz. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at College Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. Tommie Law officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery under direction of Jones Stuart Mortuary. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
