ATLANTA, Texas—Anne Louise Smith, 86, of Atlanta died Saturday, Jan. 27, 2018, at a local hospital. Ms. Smith was born April 14, 1931, in Jefferson, Texas. She was a dietary aide and a member of New Light Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Helen Ruth Brown. Survivors include three sons, James Smith, Charles Smith and Vernon Smith; and five daughters, Beverly Young, Thressa Rainge, Patricia Richardson, Debra Smith-McLin and Kathy Smith. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Salem Missionary Baptist Church, Linden, Texas, with Johnny Jackson officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Coleman-Atlanta Funeral Home.
