Zenaura Melynia Smith, 34, of Maud, Texas, died Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2018, in Texarkana, Texas. Ms. Smith was born Dec. 4, 1982, in San Diego. Survivors include her parents, Lester and Elnora Smith of Maud and Valentine Pierce of New Orleans; one brother, Dr. Lester J. Smith of Indianapolis; three stepsisters, Teresa Walker of Atlanta, Ga., Marion Thompson of Oceanside, Calif., and Nicole Grant of Houston. Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Friendship Baptist Church, Redwater, with the Rev. Anthony Page and Lester Smith officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Haynes Mortuary.
