MILTON HOWELL

Milton "Buddy" Howell, 75, of Texarkana, died Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2018, in Texarkana. Mr. Howell was born June 1, 1942. He was a retired carpet layer and owner of Howell's New Boston Carpet Center. Survivors include one daughter, Kathy Sunshine of Fort Worth, Texas; two sons and daughters-in-law, James "Jim" and Crystal Howell of Indianapolis and John and Sarah Howell of Texarkana; two siblings, Betty Sherman of Pekin, Ill., and Paul Howell of Texarkana; and five grandchildren.
