Lewis White

NEW BOSTON, Texas—Lewis "Jerry" White, 82, of Maud, Texas, died Saturday, Feb. 3, 2018, at his home. Mr. White was born July 26, 1935, in Maud. He was a retired prroduction planner with Day & Zimmer- mann, the owner of White Trucking Co. and a Methodist. Survivors include his wife, Ollie Beasley White of Maud; one son and daughter-in- law, Darron and Cindy White of Maud; two daughters and one son-in-law, DeAnna White and Dawn and Scott Conway of Maud; one sister, Frances Townsend of Texarkana, Texas; 11 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Center Ridge Cemetery with the Rev. Joe Littleton officiating. Burial will be under direction of Bates Rolf Funeral Home.
