Amanda Bass Heintschel, 84, of Texarkana, Texas, died Saturday, Feb. 3, 2018, at a local hospice. Ms. Heintschel was the former president of Heintschel Tire and Service Inc. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to a preferred animal organization or children's charity.
