FLORENCE MILLIGAN

ATLANTA, Texas—Florence Casey Milligan, 86, of Queen City, Texas, died Saturday, Feb. 3, 2018, in a local hospital. Mrs. Milligan was born March 9, 1931, in Ashdown, Ark. She was a homemaker and a member of Lake Country Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Milligan; and one granddaughter, Christie Milligan Beard. Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Lesley and Judy Milligan and Alfred and Linda Milligan of Atlanta; five grandchildren, Tina Marshall and Michael Milligan of Atlanta, Leeann Small of Waco, Texas, James Milligan of Linden, Texas, and John Milligan of Craig, Colo.; 16 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Hanner Funeral Service with Gary Terry and Gene Parker officiating. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery.
