HUGHES SPRINGS, Texas—H.T. "Cotton" Vaughan, 86, of Hughes Springs, died Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2018. Mr. Vaughan was born Sept. 19, 1931. Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at First Baptist Church, Hughes Springs. Burial will be in Cornett Cemetery under direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home.
