New Boston, Texas Virginia Kate Morgan Rinehart age 92, of Texarkana, Texas passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at Christus St. Michael Hospital from complications from a fall. She was born March 9, 1925 to Lou Ella and A.D. Morgan, who preceded her in death. She was preceded in death by her husband, Conan Doyle Rinehart, two brothers, Jack Morgan and A.D. "Bud" Morgan and two sisters, Ava Sewell and Mary Lou Noone. She was a kindergarten teacher, a bookkeeper, employed by Dillard's, retired from K-Mart Corporation, and a long time member and Sunday School teacher at Downtown First Baptist Church. Visitation will be 5:30 P.M. til 7:30 P.M. Friday, February 9, 2018 at Bates Rolf Funeral Home. Graveside services will be at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, February 11, 2018 in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens, Nash Texas. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to World Challenge or Samaritans Purse Charities. Thanks to the staffs of Christus St. Michael for their excellent skilled care and palliative skill at her passing and the love and care given by her sitter, Kennitha Nelson, and staff of Waterton Plaza Rehab.
