BILL WHITEHURST

Conlee Bill Whitehurst Jr., 67, of Texarkana, Ark., died Sunday, Feb. 4, 2018, in a local hospital. Mr. Whitehurst was born Jan, 4, 1951, in Texarkana. He was a former police officer with Texarkana Arkansas Police Department, a bail bondsman, owner of Conlee's Service Station and a member of First Church of the Nazarene. Survivors include one daughter, Sharon Whitehurst of Texarkana; one son and daughter-in-law, Conlee Bill and Karla Whitehurst of Texarkana; one sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Bruce Jeschek of Woodlawn Park, Colo.; two grandchildren, Amber Linville and Sophia Whitehurst of Texarkana; and one great-granddaughter, Leah Cutchall of Texarkana. Memorial services will be 3 p.m. Tuesday at Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas, with the Rev. Mike Mauldin officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home following services.
